The breakout star from ‘Dream Dad’ returns with a new teleserye.
Child actress Jana Agoncillo will lead the cast of ‘Ningning’. The upcoming ABS-CBN drama series will be Jana’s second starring role, after appearing in support roles on ‘Honesto’ and ‘Ikaw Lamang’.
But Jana will not be the only ‘Dream Dad’ star in this series, as Beauty Gonzalez is also confirmed to be a part of ‘Ningning’. The former ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ housemate has enjoyed a career renaissance following years of weight problems, culminating in a breakout role in ‘Dream Dad’.
Initial teasers for ‘Ningning’ have already been released by the network, with the premiere date and timeslot still to be determined. Stay tuned for further updates.

I think, this will replace Oh My G.
We’ll have to wait and see. They have not set a premiere date just yet, so wait for it. We all know Oh My G will be ending this month. What we don’t know is the show that would replace it.
According to other sources, two shows are battling for 11:30 am slot. One of which is “Ningning” and the other one is “Be My Lady” of Erich Gonzales and Daniel Matsunaga.
The waiting game is definitely on.
Oh My G! will end on July 17. On its final week, expect its replacement to be announced.
I think Be My Lady’s production is just starting.
There’s also On the Wings of Love, which has been hyped since the early part of this year but whose status remains uncertain. Not to mention Ningning. It’s down right now to these three.
OTWOL is being taped in the US so baka may delay sa airing because of its setting.
That’s a possibility. So now we’ll narrow down to two, which is Jana’s new serye, or the Danrich serye.
